Welcome to jazzCenter. If you are a Jazz fan, answer this question: Have you ever sat and watched a Jazz game on National television and realized that the team the Jazz are playing, no matter who it is, is getting a lot of recognition and publicity? If so, then this site is for you. This will be a place for you to show your pride as a Jazz fan, and express frustrations and excitement for the team. As a follower you can send in pictures, take polls each week, throw out ideas about what the Jazz should do for the future. This will be a site to hopefully give the Jazz, a small market team in the NBA, the recognition they deserve. I hope you will also share this site with others who you know who are fans of the Utah Jazz.

There were some good things that happened last night for the Utah Jazz. It was good to see some outside shots actually go down, and it was good to see some good defense. Although it was a fun game to watch, I can't go without mentioning how UGLY those Memphis uniforms were last night.

Gordon Hayward and Al Jefferson were by far the 2 best players last night for the Jazz. With the Jazz bench struggling to put points on the board again, the starters did a great job at hitting the open player, but also realizing who had the hot hand and getting them the ball.

Hayward finished the night with 23 points on 8-12 shooting.
Al Jefferson finished the night with 21 points and 15 rebounds.

Paul Millsap finally had a good game with 16 points and 8 rebounds
Raja Bell ended with 10 points. Devin Harris with 9 points. 1 point away form having all 5 starters in double figures.

I want to know why there was no foul called on this break away by Hayward? The picture above is what I am talking about. He was obviously hit on the head during the play. To see the play in its entirety click on the link below.

  2. The jazz need to dump cj let Howard play that role off the bench and have Burks play more as the 2nd scorer on the second team.
