This game was somewhat fun to watch for the first little while, but then it got real ugly. The Jazz, more than likely suffering from the game the night before, just couldn't hang on for the entire 48 minutes. I know this is going to be a crazy month for the Jazz, and they might just go on a big losing streak, but to be honest, I'm okay with it. Can the Jazz make the playoffs? Maybe, but we all know they aren't an elite team yet. They are the one team who has had to play the least amount of road games thus far into the season. My expectations for the month of February will be to see the Jazz compete, and keep the games close, and let the young guys get their playing time. If the Jazz can actually make it to the playoffs this year, then it will be good to make some noise with our veterans healthy. I think our young guys are good enough to keep the Jazz in every game, for the most part. The back to backs might be a little different, but on the other nights, I think we should be fine.
I want to know what your impressions were on Jamaal Tinsley's performance was. I personally thought he did a great job at running the offense, but I feel the Jazz are better off with Harris because he more of a scoring threat. I don't think the Jazz can have 2 "distribute only" point guards playing. And we need Watson to hurry and get well because Burks is not a point guard by any means.
Jamaal Tinsley: 13 assists and 9 points in 34 minutes
